IMOS sensors in the Bonney Upwelling to help Deakin marine scientists

Marine scientists are deploying new ocean monitoring equipment through Australia's Integrated Marine Observing System (IMOS) led by researchers at the University of Deakin to gain a clearer picture on the changes occurring in Victorian waters.

Representing one of the largest investments in long-term observation of the state's oceans, the deployment is guided by the leadership of the Victorian and South Australian science nodes of the national IMOS.
