Predictwind adds cluster of new observations ahead of America's Cup

As of 2020, PredictWind has added more quality Wind Observations to their already high-caliber network. Observations are a key part of making the best decisions when it comes to analyzing your forecast. Being able to compare your forecast data with real-time observational data adds to your forecast confidence.

The new sources consist of the MADIS database of 4900 stations which includes NOAA data and other providers from around the globe. The other two sources are purely ocean-based networks; the NDBC Weather Buoy Network and Sofar.
